clean room quiet atmosphere missing kettle no cups

The hotel offered a clean room and a quiet atmosphere, which I appreciated. A bus station was located nearby and , made it easier for me to move around.

My room was promised to have either a garden or mountain view. There were no basic amenities like a water kettle or cups in the room.
