restrictive room size confusing cleaning schedule

The room size proved quite restrictive. with two people, maneuvering around our luggage became a bit of a challenge. There wasn't much space to move freely. the cleaning schedule was also unclear. Staff provided no information, but the signs in the elevator offered contradictory instructions about how room cleaning operated. this led to some confusion ,

on-site laundry friendly staff excellent location

the hotel has laundry facilities. the staff were friendly and always helpful. the hotel is very close to hamamatsucho station. there are multiple bars and convenience stores nearby.

the hotel does not have a restaurant, though there is a kitchenette in the lobby.

the double room had a modern bathroom. a fridge was in the room. air conditioning is available for warmer days, which helped with the humidity.

the hotel had no restaurant. a bakery called boulangerie noli et nori is around the corner. there is a ramen shop near the hotel.

The front desk staff were multi-lingual. the staff were helpful and kind. self-checkout was very easy. I REALLY appreciated this feature.
