the hotel has laundry facilities. the staff were friendly and always helpful. the hotel is very close to hamamatsucho station. there are multiple bars and convenience stores nearby.

the hotel does not have a restaurant, though there is a kitchenette in the lobby.

the double room had a modern bathroom. a fridge was in the room. air conditioning is available for warmer days, which helped with the humidity.

The location is near multiple train lines. The Daimon and Hamamatsucho stations are a short walk (it's about 5 minutes). The neighborhood felt quiet, so sleep was easy.

The room size was quite small.
