excellent location pool area free walk local restaurants
i found the location excellent for exploring nearby attractions i enjoyed the easy walk to various restaurants and shops the pool area was a nice feature it seemed well kept and offered a relaxing space i appreciated the free guided walk with interesting insights from local business leaders. i also liked the discounts the hotel offered for the zoo and nearby restaurants.
the parking fee seemed a little expensive at $50 per night.

i found the location to be really convenient. i walked easily to seaport village. the hotel had lovely front patios with comfortable chairs. naval ships passed by, which i found very interesting. kids enjoyed watching an aircraft carrier nearby.
the ac rotor was quite noisy, i noticed it during the night.

the hotel restaurant, claim jumper, was close. the restaurant seemed quite good. i could easily reach various dining options near seaport.

the hotel offered a free shuttle. it ran every half hour, i saw. i did not need reservations for the shuttle. staff walked me through the parking process.

The staff were helpful. Izella and Aurora assisted us greatly. The hotel maintained a clean, safe, and quiet environment. I especially enjoyed the excellent exercise facilities and the fantastic pool, it was amazing!!!
The sink faucet was positioned very close to the counter, so washing my hands was somewhat difficult.

The hotel room had a city view balcony, it was great. the staff at the front desk was helpful . leaving our bags after check-out was no problem. The hotel accommodated this request.
the parking situation was not ideal, it was expensive.

check-in was fast and efficient. i got to the airport on time with the free shuttle service. the cruise terminal was directly across from the hotel. the available front patios and chairs were good.
i noticed the room's lighting was not very good.

shuttle service cruise port missing grout bathroom floor
The hotel offers a convenient shuttle service to and from the airport. Its proximity to the cruise port across the street was also a major advantage (especially if you are a cruiser).
The fitness center lacked a hot tub (a bit disappointing). I noticed some wear and tear in the bathroom, particularly missing grout and signs of mildew on the floor tiles.
