The staff were helpful. Izella and Aurora assisted us greatly. The hotel maintained a clean, safe, and quiet environment. I especially enjoyed the excellent exercise facilities and the fantastic pool, it was amazing!!!
The sink faucet was positioned very close to the counter, so washing my hands was somewhat difficult.

The hotel offers a convenient shuttle service to and from the airport. Its proximity to the cruise port across the street was also a major advantage (especially if you are a cruiser).
The fitness center lacked a hot tub (a bit disappointing). I noticed some wear and tear in the bathroom, particularly missing grout and signs of mildew on the floor tiles.
