Executive King rooms are 400 square feet, located on the second floor, and feature a balcony with bay views, plus a full-size sofa sleeper. Partial View Executive Suites are 500 square feet, located on the ground floor, and feature partial bay views and a queen-size sofa sleeper. Marina View Executive Suites are 500 square feet, located on the second floor, and feature marina views from two private balconies and a queen-size sofa sleeper. Studio Suites are 600 square feet, located on either the ground floor or second floor, and feature marina views from a private balcony and a queen-size sleeper sofa. One Bedroom Suites are 600 square feet, located on either the ground floor or second floor, and feature bay views or marina views from a small private balcony, and a queen sleeper sofa. Accessible rooms are available with grab bars and raised toilets, and one room has a roll-in shower. Each room has air conditioning, a tea and coffee maker, and a private bathroom with a bath and a hairdryer. Additional amenities include a mini refrigerator, microwave, single cup coffee maker with complimentary Starbucks(R) coffee, hair dryer, iron and board, work desk, in-room safe, and complimentary Wi-Fi.

The hotel is near Harbor Island Park (2 km), USS Recruit (1.5 km), Point Loma Nazarene College (2.5 km), Sefton Plaza (1.5 km), USS Midway Museum (4.5 km), Saint Agnes Catholic Church (1 km), and Tunaman's Memorial (0.5 km). Guests can visit Gaslamp Quarter. Guests can join surfers, sunbathers, and volleyball players near the hotel.
