Amazing Stay at Bawa

I am grateful for clean rooms. I found quality finishes throughout. I thank Maryam, Hina, Manali, Glen, and Pravin for their helpfulness. Security guards were also friendly. The location were perfect too. Check in was quick. Staff are very helpful. They are also friendly. The staff welcomed me warmly. Rooms were large. They were also clean. Lalit, Ashutosh, and Manyam helped. They were ready for me despite crowds.

The air conditioning did have poor air quality. It was humid and stale. It also smelled odd.

the noise level was high. i could hear corridor activity. the ac unit and water pumps were loud.

Decent Stay. But Some Issues

The air conditioning was a problem. It didn't provide good air quality and it felt humid. The AC also smelled odd and was very loud. I'm not sure I would stay here again because of this.

zeeshan khan checked me in with a smile, he. the location is a bonus. the rooms were very well maintained by chandrikant and ali. suniti, the receptionist, was amazing and very efficient (i really appreciated her help).

i was charged a small fee for using plates and forks in my room, even though i brought food from outside, a practice i found unusual.

acceptable stay with some drawbacks

outdated roompersistent smell

the room i had was quite outdated. there was also a persistent bad smell (it seemed humid) that lingered throughout my stay. the price felt a little high considering the room's condition and the hotel's overall appearance.
