Audubon Cottages offers seven upscale, individually decorated one- and two-bedroom cottages. Cottages feature amenities, including flat-screen TVs, Keurig coffeemakers, iPod docks, and free breakfast delivered every morning. A king bed and private bathroom with walk-in shower, plus a shared, semi-private courtyard are available. Select cottages, such as Cottage Six, include original exposed brick walls. All guestrooms offer comforts such as premium bedding and air conditioning, in addition to perks like free stocked minibars and bathrobes. Kitchenettes, complete with utensils and modern appliances are available. Some cottages may be haunted.

A complimentary extended continental breakfast is provided daily. A selection of bars, restaurants and jazz clubs are within walking distance. Café du Monde, known for beignets, is 0.5 km away. Onsite restaurants are available.
