Hotel at the End of the Universe offers a range of accommodations, from suites to budget huts. Rooms have hot showers. A suite has a balcony and clear windows overlooking the surrounding greenery. Suites include a fan and a private bathroom. Certain suites have bathrooms located 10 seconds away outside of the room. Deluxe rooms offer mountain views and a private garden area. Family Cottages have upstairs and downstairs bedrooms. The Quadruple room, located in a quirky dome house, includes 1 double bed and 2 single beds. All rooms provide towels, a desk, and a mirror. All include room service. Select rooms have a seating area, terrace, patio, and garden furniture, along with an electric kettle, AM/FM alarm clock, flat-screen TV, carpeted or parquet floor. All rooms have WiFi.

The hotel features a restaurant serving local, Indian, Continental, traditional Newari and intercontinental dishes with drinks. Extending from the restaurant, the terrace cafe offers views. The hotel also has a barbecue.
