relaxing holiday

clean pools ice cream

the hotel grounds were beautiful and well maintained. pools were clean, and there were plenty of sun loungers available. the concept of an ice cream van next to pools was great because it was part of all-inclusive package.

i wished some reception staff spoke more english. it was a struggle to explain things to them. i saw other holiday makers struggling to get issues across because of this language barrier.

the hotel IS right on the beach , and it offers a beautiful setting for relaxation. the convenient location provides easy access to local attractions , allowing guests to explore the surrounding area with ease.

the tui rep aldo was amazing , showing politeness and professionalism. aldo knew his job well and knew how to communicate effectively with customers. HE even remembered our names after only one day.
