great location new furnishings polite service

the location was excellent for accessing local shops and restaurants. my room had new furnishings and felt quite clean upon arrival. the customer service was polite and responsive to inquiries i.

i noticed a few missing bathroom amenities upon arrival though i didn't ask for replacements.

the room included a very large couch. it also had new furnishings, i liked that. the location was great close to restaurants. room service was delicious.

The balcony was tiny. We felt cramped. i didn't like that there were no amenities in the bathroom. It was unexpected. there were no other room options offered, disappointing.

The location is excellent. I walked to shops. I walked to restaurants too. All the staff is friendly. I enjoyed a very nice breakfast with many varieties. Beautiful beaches are nearby. I specially liked 'Athens by the Sea'.

The AC didn't work. It was 40 degrees outside. I couldn't sleep. The receptionist was rude. The receptionist did not care about my situation. I didn't get any help.

the location was quite convenient. it was near shops. the staff were always ready to help with any requests. i also found the breakfast lovely.

the acoustics in the room were poor. it made it difficult to sleep at night. the pool was closed without prior notice. the water was turned off for maintenance unexpectedly too.

The staff at the dining room were consistently cute. The breakfast buffet provided a great selection. The lifeguard at the pool was always attentive, offering towels. The shower facilities stood out for their cleanliness and good water pressure. I found them functional.

It began around 8 am, this impacted sleep quality. It is manageable, yet it is worth knowing.
