the hot water situation was a mess and cleaning really missed the mark. i asked about transport to my cruise ship, specifically telling them which port i needed. the driver got confused about the port and the price jumped up. it ended up costing me an extra €140, just not on.

the staff were helpful. i received a complimentary upgrade to a suite upon check-in, so the room was spacious (it was appreciated). complimentary products awaited me upon arrival.

my room faced a rather busy street, and the noise was noticeable. the window insulation didn't completely block the sounds, made sleeping a little difficult at times. (perhaps a different room might mitigate this)

The staff was very helpful with our suitcases upon arrival. The breakfast buffet had so much variety (i especially liked the cakes). The hotel organised taxis to the airport, a great help for early departures.
