Aspen Suites, located across from Saint Marys Hospital Campus, offers newly remodeled accommodations with a free shuttle to the Mayo Clinic/Gonda buildings. Guests can select from studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom suites, including wheelchair-accessible rooms. Suites feature granite countertops, pillow-top mattresses, fully equipped kitchens, and flatscreen TVs. All guestrooms include free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, premium bedding, and separate sitting areas. Rooms provide a 32-inch flat-panel high definition TV with cable and a DVD player. Some rooms include air conditioning, heating, a desk, an alarm clock, and a telephone. A one-bedroom suite includes two queen beds in a separate bedroom, a double pull-out sofa, a recliner, and a full kitchenette. Many rooms feature new walk-in showers and new tile floors. A two-bedroom, two-bath suite offers one bedroom with a queen bed, a second bedroom with two queen beds, a full-size sofa sleeper, and a full kitchenette. Each bedroom has a new full bathroom, one with a walk-in shower and the other with a tub/shower, plus new tile floors. Accessible rooms include a King Handicap Studio with a roll-in shower and a King Handicap Studio with a tub/shower, one king size bed, double sofa sleeper, recliner and full kitchenette, and a tub/shower combo.

Aspen Suites provides a complimentary deluxe breakfast buffet daily. From Monday through Thursday evenings, the hotel serves a light meal and beverages from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM at the Suite Social.
