Suites with Bauhaus design
Aspen Meadows Resort has 98 suites. Each suite includes floor-to-ceiling windows, a separate living area with a workstation, a sleeper sofa, and a breakfast nook. All suites feature a Nespresso coffee machine, bottled water, and high-speed wireless internet. The bathroom includes Institut Karité Paris bath items, bathrobes, and slippers. Guests can request a humidifier, down alternative pillows, or a rollaway bed for an extra fee of $50/night. Some suites offer patios or balconies with views of Aspen Mountain, Aspen Highlands, or Buttermilk Mountain.
Mountainside dining options
West End Social features dishes created with ingredients sourced from Colorado's Rocky Mountains. The restaurant offers views and shareable plates. The menu is served in the dining room, at the bar, and on the outdoor deck. Live entertainment occurs on the patio. Meadows Café, located in the Walter Isaacson Center, offers pastries and breakfast items crafted by Executive Pastry Chef, Sara Figueiredo. La Colombe coffee, lattes, and cold brew are available. The café offers outdoor patio seating with mountain views. Room service is available from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
Recreation and Wellness
Aspen Meadows Resort includes the Resnick-Malek Health Club, with TRX, cardio and weight equipment, a Peloton bike, steam rooms, an outdoor heated saline lap pool, a hot tub, and a half-court indoor gymnasium with basketball. Guests can rent snowshoes. The Aspen Institute's campus-wide visual arts program includes the Resnick Center for Herbert Bayer Studies, Resnick Gallery in the Doerr-Hosier Center, and the Paepcke Gallery in the Paepcke Memorial Building. A walking tour of the Aspen Meadows/Institute property with architect Ann Mullins is available.
Location and Transportation
Aspen Meadows Resort is located near the Roaring Fork River and within walking distance of Aspen's year-round outdoor pursuits, skiing, shopping, and restaurants. The Aspen/Pitkin County Airport (ASE) is 10 km from Aspen Meadows Resort, about an 8-10-minute drive. The resort provides a complimentary electric-powered shuttle service to and from downtown from 7:00 AM to 10:30 PM, running every 30 minutes. Transportation to and from the Aspen Pitkin County Airport departs Aspen Meadows Resort twice per hour, on the 15 and 45 minute mark of each hour from 5:45 am -10:15 pm daily.
Guest Services
Aspen Meadows Resort provides a complimentary shuttle service to/from downtown Aspen and airport transfer. The front office offers printing services, and all guests receive complimentary WIFI. There is 24-hour front desk assistance. Concierge services include booking ski and snowboarding lessons through Aspen Snowmass Ski & Snowboard School and arranging oxygen deliveries.
