What are the accommodation rates for a week-long quarantine stay?

Currently, there is no quarantine required upon entering Batam. Guests only need to wait for a negative PCR result at the hotel before continuing their travels.

Is there a complimentary shuttle service from the ferry terminal to the hotel?

Shuttle service to shopping malls is free, but a fee applies for transport from the ferry terminal: IDR 50,000 from Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal and IDR 70,000 from Batam Center Ferry Terminal.

Does the hotel have rooms with bathtubs available?

Bathtubs are available only in the Asialink Suite. Junior Suites do not include bathtubs.
