Is there a complimentary shuttle service from the ferry terminal to the hotel?

Shuttle service to shopping malls is free, but a fee applies for transport from the ferry terminal: IDR 50,000 from Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal and IDR 70,000 from Batam Center Ferry Terminal.
Does the hotel have rooms with bathtubs available?

Bathtubs are available only in the Asialink Suite. Junior Suites do not include bathtubs.
Can an extra bed be added to a Superior King room? If so, what is the cost?

Extra beds cannot be added to Superior Rooms due to space restrictions. However, Deluxe or Suite rooms can accommodate extra beds for IDR 350,000 net per night, including breakfast for one guest.
