the staff shines, especially ana fazrin!!! she embodies indonesian hospitality. the hotel and room were super clean. i appreciated the attention to detail in design and amenities. the delicious breakfast options made mornings so special. the hotel's central location aided exploring the city with such ease.

i noticed the hallways could benefit from carpeting rather than tile or marble. the sound of doors closing was noticeable even from a distance.

The noise was a major issue. i could hear everything happening in the next room. It was disruptive. also, the breakfast selection seemed limited. there wasn't much available for international guests, and i noticed some guests handling food directly, raising some hygiene concerns. i wouldn't recommend this hotel based on these experiences.

The lobby was nice, it gave a good first impression. the room size was good. i also liked the heated swimming pool. It was nice for a quick swim at NIGHT.

I booked a windowed room. I paid extra, but it was not guaranteed. my keycard was disabled every night! i had to go back to the front desk to reactivate it.
