Fantastic stay

spacious room comfortable bed modern design updated feature

I found the room quite spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. Modern design elements was present. I also noted the updated features and found them convenient.

The bathroom lacked a shower door and the shower head could not be angled directly so the floor got very wet.

My room included a balcony. the reception team provided very nice service. They were very helpful. the room was generously sized.

The walls between rooms seemed thin. I could hear doors closing and other noises. the mattress felt old, sagging in the middle. i noticed mold and flaking paint in both the room and bathroom.

ample space easy exploration attentive receptionist 24-hour bar

The room had ample space. the location allowed easy exploration of the area. the male receptionist was very attentive, offering excellent suggestions. Tian tian sea food restaurant is nearby. the wifi was excellent. i appreciated the 24-hour chill bar where i could heat food and get snacks.

first impressions were quite dull. the shared teaspoon was not hygienic. the bath towels were also fraying and the shower head wasn't a 360 type.

I found multiple hawker centers located nearby, providing fantastic food options. Tiong bahru is a brief walk. the hotel also offers a convenient kitchenette with a microwave for guest use. it was easy to get local flavors

The staff demonstrated friendliness and a willingness to meet requests. They were very helpful. check-in and check-out were easy. baggage storage accommodated early and late arrivals. The reception operates 24/7. i really appreciate that.

the hotel is near two mrt stations, both provide access to the city. i appreciated the water refill station. there was a mini kitchen. the hotel also had a simple, pleasant lobby and corridors with music. i loved the music!
