central location safe parking
the hotel is in a very central location near many restaurants i found the underground parking very convenient and safe the breakfast included many options and fresh products. the staff was very attentive to my needs.

clean room modern design underground garage diversified breakfast
i found the room clean. the beautiful double or twin room balcony i stayed in felt very modern. i appreciated the convenience of the underground garage. the breakfast offered a good and diversified selection (the pastries were my favourite!).
i found that the provided toiletries were minimal.

the hotel sits in the city center, convenient for reaching many attractions. i easily walked to the main square and riverside. several restaurants and shops are within a short walking distance.

mixed experience at this hotel
inexperienced staff excessive emails
the location proved convenient as it was near the town centre allowing easy access to various attractions.
the front desk staff showed a lack of experience and enthusiasm, despite their youth. i observed a high turnover rate among the staff. also, there was excessive automated email communication, but my specific requests were not addressed, indicating a disconnect in real communication.
