i found the room clean. the beautiful double or twin room balcony i stayed in felt very modern. i appreciated the convenience of the underground garage. the breakfast offered a good and diversified selection (the pastries were my favourite!).
i found that the provided toiletries were minimal.

the location proved convenient as it was near the town centre allowing easy access to various attractions.
the front desk staff showed a lack of experience and enthusiasm, despite their youth. i observed a high turnover rate among the staff. also, there was excessive automated email communication, but my specific requests were not addressed, indicating a disconnect in real communication.
