The location was convenient. It was close to the bus station. the staff were friendly and helpful. the green area provided complimentary snacks and drinks throughout the day. This was a great addition.
My room lacked usb charging points, inconvenient. the pool area definitely needs a refurbishment. It seemed worn. i found no spa treatments were available, despite what i read beforehand.

The bed consisted of two single beds pushed together, they moved around.

Really good Stay, Great Amenities

I found the staff to be attentive and helpful. The complimentary snacks and drinks in the green room were a welcome surprise. Breakfast offered a wide variety, with fresh fruit available daily, and eggs cooked to order. The rooftop terrace and pool area were very good for relaxation.
The lack of usb charging points in the room was slightly inconvenient.

The hotel is conveniently located near the bus station. This proximity allowed easy and affordable travel to various beaches and hiking trailheads. The central location permits a short walk to markets and restaurants.

The green room offered complimentary drinks and snacks, mostly salads and sandwiches. a refillable glass water bottle was provided in my room. pillow options were available, too. but the location was also very convenient to parking and central tourist attractions nearby. breakfast was delicious. It included lots of options.
the pool was on the rooftop on the 6th floor. it can be covered during winter, though.
