unreliable transferfluctuating temperature
The promised airport transfer didn't materialize, and I had to pay for a taxi. The taxi cost a lot more than I budgeted. The shower temperature was also unpredictable. It fluctuated between hot and cold. I definitely needed a more consistent temperature in the shower. This made showering a bit of an adventure, but not a pleasant one!
