Popular options include visiting local wineries, scuba diving near the volcano, and trekking from Oia to Fira, with the largest part you walk near the edge of the Caldera. Beaches near Artemis Suites are Plaka (25 minutes walking distance) and Thermi (40 minutes walking distance).

Artemis Suites is in Megalochori, a village with neoclassical houses and whitewashed churches. Megalochori is 7 km from Fira, where nightlife, shops, and bars are available. The hotel is 5 km from Vlychada beach and 6 km from Perivolos and Perissa beaches. The Prehistoric Excavations of Akrotiri and the Red Beach are nearby. Santorini International Airport is 10 km away. The hotel offers free private parking.
