this villa is close to shopping (i needed some retail therapy!). the pool area has loads of greenery surrounding it. the vegetarian food was excellent. it was a lovely quiet stay.
the hotel is located at the end of a street that lacks charm.

The swimming pool is quite long, good to swim laps in. there is a beautiful garden. also, a river boat pier is nearby. It's not a long walk to the bts.

the landscaping was well maintained and created a relaxing atmosphere.
the room was not up to standard. i found mold in the shower and dust in the bathroom. the access to the balcony were via the bathroom, unexpected.

the hotel is set at the end of an alley against the canal so it could benefit from a thorough power wash updating decor and attention to the inside plants
