Luxury stay with amazing views
wonderful location kind staff
i felt completely spoiled . the location was wonderful with views of the caldera. i especially enjoyed the breakfast and kind staff.
the transfers are expensive so i recommend renting a car. it's just one way they try to extract more money from guests. one time we shared our ordered transfer with another family, we needed to pay the full price.

suite upgrade really good views helpful staff diverse breakfast
our suite upgrade surprised us greatly. the views from the suite were really good. staff members helped us with luggage. breakfast on the balcony overlooking the caldera included many choices.
the transfers offered by the hotel seemed a bit pricey.

the location provided amazing views of the caldera and the surrounding area. it offered a peaceful setting away from crowded areas. nearby walking paths allowed easy access to local attractions.
