The facility provides sufficient activities for both children and adults. There are five outside pools and three inside, with three pools heated. The spa center is built next to the hotel, and there are saunas and a salt room inside.

The parking situation was inconvenient. I paid for parking but still had to search for an available spot. This issue detracted from the overall experience.

The room was nicely decorated and offered a lot of space. It had a wonderful backyard and access to the beach. A real benefit was the large size of the bed.

The hotel has beautiful parks, gardens, and relaxation areas. The outside garden and main reception area were amazing. There are several restaurants with different kinds of food nearby.

The staff members were very understanding and helpful with all requests. The internet service was reliable, which allowed me to have meetings online. The outdoor bar is also a great feature.

the mineral and thermal water pools, both indoor and outdoor, really were a great asset for families, i thought. the breakfast was fairly great, with a variety that pleased everyone, including plenty of kid-friendly options.

the attitude of the staff could improve, there was little customer care shown, i noticed. we had a family room booked and the bathroom had an open concept, not ideal for privacy after showering.

Some staff demonstrate poor English skills. This causes misunderstandings.
