The SPA center offers therapies and massages using natural oils from Anne Semonin Paris and includes a sauna, steam bath, and tangentor bath. The SPA center is open from 8:00 to 20:00. The hotel is located in the Sts. Constantine and Helena resort, 8 km from Varna. From Varna's city center, the hotel is a 15-minute drive. Varna Airport is a 19-minute drive. Bus No 409 connects the airport, city center, and resort. Bus No 31a travels from Varna every 40 minutes. Landmarks near the hotel include the Monastery of Saints Constantine and Helena (0.5 km), Chayka (2.5 km), and Aladzha Monastery Museum (5 km).
