The location is convenient, as it is not far from Ueno station. I also found an onsen and some restaurants in the area. The staff was friendly and offered luggage storage.

The room heated up by itself due to central temperature control. The bathroom always seemed like a sauna because the anti-fog mirror with an integrated heating unit would go into overdrive.

i found the hotel's location quite convenient. it was an easy walk to inaricho station. i really appreciated the view of the tokyo skytree from my room. the check-in process was also simple and quick.

i noticed the room was a bit smaller than i expected.

The room included fresh towels daily. These towels were identified with alphabet colors. complimentary coffee, creamer and matcha were also provided. luggage storage was available both before check-in and after check-out, a nice benefit.

The hotel is near a station and convenience stores, a great plus. the area around the hotel felt quiet and safe. It was easy to walk around. the proximity to transportation made exploring accessible.

i found the staff super attentive and they understood when i had to reschedule. this hotel's location near the train station made it simple to see things. the facilities seemed sparkling clean and they had everything i needed. i enjoyed my room very much and i will stay here again!
