the hotel had a good location close to the metro. i also used the onsen on the 17th floor, it was great. i found starbucks espresso capsules in my room, i thought it was a nice touch. fresh towels were available each day.

the location was convenient near a subway station the staff helped with limited english

the room size was like a challenge honestly it was smaller than expected and maneuvering with luggage became an obstacle the lack of an on-site restaurant meant i had to venture out for every meal even a quick coffee i also found it strange that the toilet seat wasn't heated a standard feature i anticipated
