“In a city where space is a luxury, this Shinjuku address balances convenience with a surprisingly tranquil atmosphere, particularly given its proximity to the metro. The family-run character shines through, and I appreciate the Italian dining option nestled within a garden setting-a unique find in this bustling area. It's a smart choice for those who want to be near the action but not consumed by it.”

a decent experience

convenient locationgreat foodgenerous staffbroken heatsingle pane windowscold room
the location was really convenient to the train station and the family mart. i really enjoyed the breakfast. there were not too many options, but the food was amazing!!! the cleaning staff were generous in giving water and toiletries.
the heat in the room did not work. no matter what i set the thermostat at, it was cold. the windows were single pane, so passive heat loss was a problem. i slept fully clothed.

Decent location. Some issues

convenient locationjapanese optionsunhelpful staffdirty room
the location was convenient. it was a short walk to a subway station. this made getting around easy. the breakfast offered both western and japanese options, i found this good.
the staff was not very helpful. i had issues with noise from the laundry room next to my room, even late at night. the room wasn't clean when i checked in. the shower drain was clogged, and there was hair in the bed. tv options were outdated too.
