the location was pretty good.
the room felt very small. there wasn't enough space to open luggage properly, which became annoying. the noise from outside really bothered me too, and i had trouble sleeping.

Basic Stay with Some Disappointments

I found some aspects disappointing. The room was quite small. It was hard to open luggage. The bed wasn't very comfortable either. Staff didn't explain the luggage courier service properly, resulting in my luggage arriving late in Kyoto. The apa staff only apologized. NO service recovery was offered.
