Excellent Hotel Experience
fitness center downstairs restaurant excellent value
The fitness center had adequate equipment. I used the treadmills. I also found the food in the restaurant downstairs good. The spa offered excellent value. My wife and I enjoyed it. I thought the room concept was well designed.
My electronic door lock got stuck. I had to try several times to open the door. It needed frequent repairs.

Excellent Stay with Great Service

I found the fitness center well-equipped. It had everything i needed . The spa offered an excellent value. The rooms were furnished very nicely. The rooms were quiet allowing for a good nights sleep.
I think the downstairs restaurant needs sealing to improve air conditioning. This would make dining more comfortable.

jammed lock poor cleanliness
The reception staff was attentive and helpful.
The electronic door lock jammed. I struggled to open the door. It took almost daily complaints and repair attempts for seven days to fix it. Cleanliness was poor and there was a lot of dust under the bed.
