Anchorage Inn has 202 rooms and suites across four buildings: the Main Building, The Atrium, The Lofts, and The Ocean Suites. The Atrium offers limited or no ocean view from the balcony. Ocean Suites has twenty four spacious suites. Rooms are smoke-free; smoking is allowed outside, 25 feet from any doorway, in designated areas. One parking spot is available per standard guest room; suites get two spots. Additional overnight parking is available next door at Mimmo's Italian Restaurant and the Long Beach Motor Inn. Rooms include free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, ironing facilities and free toiletries. Some suites feature a spa bath, microwave, refrigerator, fireplace, ocean-view balcony, and two flat-screen TVs. One room type includes two double beds, a private bathroom, cable TV, and a refrigerator. Another features a king bed upstairs in a loft, a pull-out sofa, fireplace, and kitchenette downstairs.

The Sun and Surf Restaurant, directly across from the Anchorage Inn, features oceanfront dining and an outdoor deck. It serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Hours vary seasonally. The hotel has a seasonal poolside café for snacks, breakfast items, and beverages.

The Anchorage Inn features three swimming pools and a whirlpool spa. The Atrium building includes an indoor heated lap pool. Location and Access
Anchorage Inn is located on Long Sands Beach in York Beach, Maine. It is 30 km from Pease International Tradeport. The hotel is near the Nubble Lighthouse. It is one hour south of Portland and 1.25 hours north of Boston. From I-95 North, take Exit 7 (Yorks/Ogunquit). Follow for 5 miles, staying right at the statue in York Village, until you reach Long Sands Beach. The hotel is one mile down the beach. Wiggly Bridge Distillery and York's Wild Kingdom are 2 km away. The Old School House and Old Gaol are also 2 km away. Sayward-Wheeler House Museum is 3 km away. George Marshall Store Gallery is 3.5 km away.
