The hotel was kept very clean, and the daily room cleaning service was good.
The pool access room I booked was below the pool level, so it received no sunlight throughout the day. The steps into the pool were also awkwardly placed and difficult to use. My room felt damp due to its lower position, and there were no drawers or bedside tables available (making it very basic).

our room was large and well furnished. I loved the bathroom and the spacious shower. it's only a two-minute walk to the beach (that was super convenient for morning swims). i also appreciated that the room was always cleaned while we were having breakfast.
the wifi was a little slow. it wasn't a dealbreaker, but it did make streaming a bit challenging. i hope they improve the connection soon!

the staff was supportive especially kamonlak. she provided constant updates and organized rooms for our guests. the staff was warm and always went the extra mile. the rooms were super clean and beautifully maintained.
the wifi connection for a hotel of this standard was poor. it was difficult to maintain a stable connection for work and leisure.
