Amicalola Falls State Park & Lodge provides accommodations ranging from lodge rooms to cabins and campsites. Lodge rooms include King, Double, Queen, and suite options, each equipped with central air, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, and complimentary coffee, tea, and water. Cabins offer one, two, or three-bedroom arrangements with heating, air conditioning, decks, fireplaces, and satellite TV. Safari tents are also available, featuring a Keurig coffee maker, mini-fridge, rugs, lamps, electrical outlets, a ceiling fan, A/C & Heating Unit, hammocks, a wood fire ring, a charcoal grill, string lights, camp chairs, and a picnic table. Three ADA accessible rooms are available on the main floor of the lodge.
Dining at Amicalola
Cascades Restaurant serves traditional American and Southern cuisine, offering a panoramic view of Amicalola Falls State Park. The Maple Restaurant, located at the Amicalola Lodge, is known for its views and Sunday brunch buffet. The Falls Café in the Visitor Center offers lattes and coffee. Traditional Southern fare is available daily.

Amicalola Falls State Park & Lodge offers activities such as zip line canopy tours, archery, and hatchet throwing. The Screaming Eagle Aerial Adventure Tour includes ziplines and suspension bridges. There are 10 hiking trails, including the Appalachian Trail Approach. Guided hikes are available, starting at the stone archway. The Adventure Lodge also provides guided hikes to the cliff of Amicalola Falls. A visitor center offers live reptile exhibits and trail maps. Burt's Pumpkin Farm, Georgia Winery Tours, the Blue Ridge Scenic Train, and Ellijay (the Apple Capital of Georgia) are popular destinations near the lodge.

Amicalola Falls State Park & Lodge is located near Dawsonville, GA, off of Amicalola Falls Lodge Road, 100 km from DeKalb-Peachtree. The park is 8 miles from the Appalachian Trail and within the Chattahoochee National Forest. Nearby landmarks include Burt's Farm (3.5 km), Cochrans Creek Falls (3 km), and Amicalola Falls (0.5 km). Dawsonville Moonshine Distillery is located in Dawsonville. Amicalola Falls is a 729-foot waterfall.
