Charming Historical Hotel

I stayed in a Beautiful Double Room near the SPA. The room was spacious with authentic decor. Windows and doors included mosquito netting (very thoughtful). The bed had a comfortable orthopedic mattress, ensuring a good night's sleep.

The restaurant staff seemed a bit disinterested sometimes.

The daily cleaning kept everything immaculate. The courtyard provided a calming retreat, and the pool was a good amenity. The restaurant offered a good mix of food choices (I especially enjoyed the thali!).

The walls seemed a bit thin. Noise from adjacent rooms was occasionally noticeable.

Decent , but Some Issues Need Addressing

The room I got was not quite up to par. The shower seemed to have a mind of its own , spraying water everywhere but on me. Also , the lack of proper soundproofing became quite annoying. I could hear every little noise from the hallway and other rooms , which was not ideal when trying to get some sleep.

A Royal Retreat!

The heritage decor throughout the hotel created a regal ambiance. I particularly appreciated the hand-painted walls. The on-site restaurant offered delicious meals. The pasta was a highlight. Staff members were attentive. I was particularly impressed with Manohar and Ram Singh. The hotel provided a peaceful escape. The quiet location was welcome after busy days.

I noticed some of the exterior areas looked a bit unkempt. Certain corridors could use some attention.
