The Tuxerhof is in the Tuxertal Valley, 150 meters from the Rastkogelbahn cable car in Vorderlanersbach. It is 9 kilometers from Hintertux and 85 km from Kranebitten Airport. The hotel offers access to the Ski- & Gletscherwelt Zillertal 3000, which links the Hintertux Glacier ski resort with Eggalm, Rastkogel, Finkenberg, Mayrhofen, and Ahorn. The Tux Sport Bus provides free transport with the Tux-Finkenberg Ticket. Roads to the hotel are open year-round, and high-speed trains stop in Jenbach / Tirol, with bus connections to Tux.
