good cleanliness great breakfast poor experience formal complaint

The room had good cleanliness. The breakfast was great with nice services. I caught buses from the nearby mall. That helped get into the city center.

The level of service did not justify the cost of my stay. The hotel did not respond to my formal complaint. The staff was not helpful. They did not proactively provide information about the free shuttle bus.

the gym had everything i needed for a good workout. the pool area was clean and nice. staff were helpful and prompt with our requests.

My shower head needed replacement. It was broken. i booked a king size bed room, but the hotel could not provide it. breakfast was normal.
