The air conditioning lacked individual control. it was either too cold or too hot. I could not adjust it to a comfortable level. also, the shower temperature fluctuated a lot (i nearly scalded myself once).

The staff was helpful. Breakfast had a reasonable selection. i had dinner there twice. meals were good and cheaper than other restaurants. filtered water was free in the lobby.

my french payment card was not accepted for prepayment, even though it works in other countries. they didn't inform me of the weird regulation until arrival.

I booked this modern hotel, and the facilities impressed me. the gym has great equipment! i also appreciated the onsite laundry. It was quite convenient after my travels. plus, the restaurant offered delicious meals.

the tv in my room lacked smart features. i had limited access to channels, with only a few being useful. the soap provided was also a basic all-in-one, so i purchased my own shampoo.
