engaging activities diverse options excellent customer service

the entertainment team hosted engaging activities daily keeping children entertained, it was great. i found the food in the buffet very good, with diverse options available. the staff showed excellent customer service and i appreciate it.

the beach lacked sufficient shade. i observed they have many cabanas incurring extra cost and that reduced the available shade. this affected guests who prefer not to pay more to enjoy the beach. more shade options are needed.

great stay with some minor issues

attentive staff convenient location

i found the staff attentive. they addressed requests quickly. the rooms were clean. they were also neat. the resort location is convenient. it is close to various attractions and transportation.

the pool area was sometimes too crowded for my liking. the smaller pool got particularly busy. finding a quiet spot was difficult. this limited relaxation options. this was especially true during peak hours.

wonderful stay!

excellent service great time

i found the service excellent. the waiters heder, edgar and feliciano gave us excellent service. i recommend this hotel!

The beach was beautiful, and the pool was nice, but finding a volleyball was challenging. The employees didn't know where to get one! it would be helpful to keep a volleyball nearby at the ocean bar or towel stand.

the staff is really great to guest needs. the housekeeping service keeps the rooms tidy. the waiters provide excellent service at the restaurants, always available and smiling.

the staff provided great service i became friends with ricardo patricio victor and rimiro. we are all connected now i can't say enough good things about the team there.

the gym had limited free weights opting for stationary machines instead
