a decent stay

three-course meal multiple options same waiter limited spots busy terminal

the food was lovely , especially at dinner , where i had a three-course meal served at my table. there were multiple options to choose from. i also liked that the table was set for me and i had the same waiter each night.

parking was a bit difficult , there were very limited spots available. the breakfast was overcrowded , so it seemed like a busy airport terminal. the bidet in my room only had hot water , i could not get any cold water.

amazing meals and pools!

I really appreciated the hot three-course meal served at my table each evening. there were multiple options to choose from each night. the same member of the waiting staff served me each night and i found this a very nice touch. i especially enjoyed the family pool and the adults-only pool. There was space for everyone!!!

the bidet in my room only had hot water and no cold option. this made using it quite uncomfortable, a small but noticeable inconvenience.

Mixed Feelings About this Stay

food quality weak wi-fi

I found several aspects DISAPPOINTING. The food quality lacked variety , especially for a longer stay , and some dishes seemed repetitive. Also , the noise level in the dining area could be quite high . I think better sound insulation or staggered dining times would help a lot. The Wi-Fi signal was weak in certain areas of the hotel , particularly in my room.

Solid Stay with Great Lake Views

The staff displayed politeness, some possessing helpful basic english skills. The family room proved spacious, additionally it was clean. Breakfast every morning included lovely options. The views of the lake are wonderful, and the mountains provide a beautiful backdrop.

I found the road to the hotel a little narrow. parking spots are limited and can be hard to find. This can be frustrating when arriving late.

The food selection included plentiful choices. The hotel offered good value. Meals and drink arrangements seemed nice. the food had a decent quality. The breakfast had a great variety of options, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.

The hotel provides really good views over the lake. i noticed sufficient sunbeds and parasols available near the pool. The pool was beautiful. i saw a rooftop pool. It offered an alternative spot to unwind.

The staff members was helpful and courteous. One waiter stood out. His service was excellent. Tamara provided very courteous service and displayed helpfulness. They addressed inquiries politely and efficiently.

The room i stayed in had a lake view. The shower had good water pressure. This made for comfortable showering. Rooms had a view of the lake. The view is very beautiful. The room cleanliness was satisfactory.

Breakfast had ample choices. I saw good views from the terrace at the restaurant. On-site parking exists.

The access streets leading to the hotel felt a bit narrow.
