Rooms and Suites

Alexander's Lodge, built in 1912, features traditionally furnished rooms and suites with en suite bathrooms, free WiFi, and flat-screen TVs. Some rooms include desks and sofas. Each room is unique; suites have separate living areas, while some rooms are smaller. Lower-priced rooms are usually small. Two vacation homes on the property offer kitchens, fireplaces, TVs, and free WiFi. All rooms provide cable TV, a coffee maker, toiletries, a Google mini, and daily housekeeping. Breakfast, consisting of pre-packaged items in a basket, is delivered to each room, excluding the Skyline Suite and Summit Suite. The Forest House room, adjacent to the main building, includes a private entrance, bathroom, and electric fireplace. The pet-friendly guestroom in the forest house has a private entrance, bathroom, electric fireplace, coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, cable TV, and DVD player. Tents include electric blankets, picnic tables, and electrical outlets.

Onsite Restaurant

Alexander's Lodge features a restaurant. Breakfast is delivered to the room and consists of a breakfast basket with pre-packaged items. Soft drinks and snacks are available for purchase in the parlor, along with a fridge containing ice cream. This service is provided because of the limited restaurant options in the area.

Grounds and Activities

Guests can access nature trails from the grounds. A short walking trail (20 minutes round trip) is available. Guests can relax on the patio by the pond. Fish food is available in the gift shop to feed the fish. HD DirectTV and DVD players are in all rooms. A DVD collection is available in the parlor. The lodge also has a gift shop and event space. The great room seats up to 50 people.

Alexander's Lodge is in Ashford, Washington, 1.3 miles from the Nisqually Entrance of Mount Rainier National Park and 12.5 miles from the Mount Rainier Scenic Railroad & Museum. Lake George is 5 km away, and the Nisqually Entrance Historic District is 2 km away. Sea-Tac is 100 km away. Free parking is available.

Services

Breakfast, featuring prepackaged items in a basket, is delivered to guest rooms, except for the Skyline Suite and Summit Suite, which have full kitchens. Winter wedding packages are available, and the entire lodge (16 rooms) can be rented. Elopement packages are offered between November and April (excluding long weekends and holidays). The lodge hosts family reunions, high school reunions, church group retreats, corporate conferences, team-building events, and company training sessions. A cleaning fee of $25 per night per dog applies, with a maximum of two dogs (under 30 pounds). On-site staff can be reached by phone at 360-569-2300.
