The room was very clean and had all the facilities i needed.

There was low staffing at reception. I often saw lines and had to wait to be served. There were no bus boys to help with luggage (despite there being a trolley), so i had to manoeuvre it myself. Both key cards didn't work initially. I had to go back to reception to fix them.

I found the hotel's proximity to the hospital convenient, as i was visiting a family member. the on-site parking options were a plus. i was impressed by the restaurant dinner. It was one of the best meals i have ever had.

The staff was friendly during check in. The bed, a Parkside King, had super comfortable pillows and sheets. On-site parking proved cheaper than parking downtown.

The wall to the next room felt thin, so I could hear neighbors talking.
