loved it! location is amazing!

convenient location needed thing awesome cleaning restful sleep

the location is super convenient, near metro and bus stations. our room had everything i needed for my stay. daily cleaning was awesome, i felt so refreshed coming back each day! the street it is on is a quiet little street, perfect for a restful sleep.

the tv remote needed new batteries, but it wasn't a huge issue.

the room had two bedside tables and reading lamps, i found this really useful. a separate wardrobe with hangers was provided too. the beds was comfortable!

a continental breakfast was served, it included croissants, bread, and jam. there was also a selection of teas and coffee, i really enjoyed my breakfast. it was a great way to start the day.

the staff was always ready to help with directions and recommendations. they assisted me with luggage storage, this was useful. check-in was fast and efficient, i appreciated that.

small bathroom noise disturbance

the staff were kind.

The bathroom was quite small. the floor throughout the room had a noticeable slope. noises from outside and other guests were easily heard. I found this impacted my rest.

camera surveillance quiet room fresh towels

The hotel offered a free luggage room equipped with camera surveillance, a service I found very useful on arrival and departure. My room faced the back and I noticed it was very quiet. Daily housekeeping ensured I had fresh towels.

I noticed a slight musty scent in the bathroom.
