I appreciated how close the hotel was to local cafes and shops. The reception staff was friendly and efficient during check-in. Early morning taxi arrangements were handled perfectly. I found the hotel clean and fresh.

The staff members were very helpful and polite, especially when I asked for assistance with directions to nearby places. They also were quick to address my concerns regarding room cleanliness. I did feel well cared for.

The hotel is positioned near train and bus lines. This made getting to the airport and other parts of the area quite easy. I noticed several shops and restaurants are located within a short walk making it easy to dine out.

I found a Vietnamese roll shop close to the hotel and the custard donut there was amazing. While the hotel offered coffee I discovered many other options in the immediate area I wanted to explore. I could always find something.

My room was clean and well kept. The arrangement of things was satisfactory. I had a nice shower with amazing water pressure. I had sufficient space and basic amenities making my stay comfortable for a short visit.

I could get a taxi very early. I appreciated the availability of outside parking. I did not need to carry my luggage far.
