i found the rooms spacious. they were beautifully kept to. the pool was a real highlight to me. it was a perfect place for unwinding after exploring.
the staff at reception sometimes cant answer questions. they especially dont help if you request a shower cap. the spa water wasn't warm in the jacuzzi. the rooms are small and its not easy to shower, you have to retain a 'praying pose'.

I found the breakfast offered a good variety, meeting my needs well. the pools were clean and provided ample space for relaxation, i thought. the staff were professional. They addressed my requests promptly. i appreciated the gated private parking, a very reassuring feature for my rental car.
the gym equipment seemed a bit limited, still functional though.

The hotel includes an indoor pool and a spa center. I noticed they provided various saunas and a jacuzzi. the pool area featured numerous loungers that i saw. there was a shaded section. gated private parking is provided , very practical and secure.

My room had local lemonade and lavender cosmetics, i liked these touches. the view from the room was quite good, i could see a wide panorama. the rooms are well kept. They are spacious and clean, a great feature.

The staff's english was perfect, communication was very easy! they cater to dietary restrictions at breakfast. Gluten-free options were available. the staff provided recommendations for local restaurants. This was very helpful to me.

The hotel has great views across the bay. It is also perfect if you want to go up etna, as it is only 30 mins away. Our room was comfortable, and breakfast was good and varied. We used the spa, and it had good pool facilities.
I found a slight lack of information in the room about how to navigate the hotel.
