i found the location really central. i appreciated the proximity to many attractions and transport options. the breakfast offered a wide selection, with fresh omelets made to order. the a/c worked well, a great relief.
the wifi signal was sometimes a little weak in my room. i had some problems when i was in my room.

I stayed for three nights and everything was excellent. the staff was very helpful. i asked for a bottle of water at breakfast. They brought water and glasses for my entire family. the breakfast had a big choice. I especially liked the omelets and pancakes. the location was in front of a main boulevard, similar to the "champs-élysées" in paris.
the wifi, while free, could have been a bit faster.

The staff spoke french and english fluently. one staff member, fedi, was eager to help organize tours and provide ideas. He spoke fluent english. i received assistance with water and glasses for my family during breakfast. their responsiveness was greatly appreciated

the location was great , providing easy access to nearby attractions. the free parking was a significant advantage , as it was both close and very practical.
the customer handling could have been better. there was no tea or coffee provided in the rooms , which i found inconvenient. the telephone in my room was broken , and no alternative was offered by the room service team.

i spent several nights there in a group, and it was good. the staff was polite and fluent in multiple languages, like english and french. fedi helped organize a private tour, fantastic, also the breakfast had many options like omelets and pancakes.
the wifi was free, yet it was a bit slow for heavy usage. it worked fine for general browsing though.
