mixed feelings about the stay

terrible lighting unpleasant smell

the location proves convenient because it is close to the port and many restaurants are available nearby.

our room felt more like a dungeon. lighting was terrible, and the room seemed quite dated. the fridge did not keep items cold and it had an unpleasant smell. furthermore, it was difficult to find any staff member other than the cleaner, so reporting the fridge problem was impossible.

poor shower bad wifi

I found a couple of things disappointing . the bathroom lacked a proper shower. also, the wifi was not very good. I struggled to stay connected for any length of time. this made planning my daily excursions a little difficult. the kitchenette also lacked some essential equipment. This was a shame as i had intended to cook a couple of meals.

Great Hotel Experience!

easy transportation new bathrooms peaceful location convenient storage

The hotel is very close to the port, bus stop, and shops. This made getting around easy. Rooms offer WiFi and air-conditioning. Bathrooms also seems new. The location felt so quiet and peaceful at night. I did store my bags at reception after checkout.

My room felt slightly dark, even with the lights on, I think it needs some brighter bulbs.

The staff were so friendly. They helped answer all my questions! They gave great recommendations for local spots. This improved my trip. The service was fast and polite every day.

The hotel is literally a minute from the shopping area. It takes five minutes from the ferry or bus terminal. The area has trees. Tables and chairs sit under them. The spot seemed quiet.
