Dining at Adler

The Adler features two restaurants: Finsterwirt and Vitis, and the Tagesbar. Finsterwirt provides regional and seasonal cuisine in a traditional atmosphere, with a wine pergola terrace. Vitis is a wine bar, restaurant, and shop. The Tagesbar offers drinks and snacks. Traditional South Tyrolean dishes, such as Schlutzkrapfen ravioli and Knödel dumplings, are served.
