Acqualina Resort features rooms with Intracoastal Waterway or oceanfront views, king-size beds, modern Italian sofa sleepers, and wingback club chairs. Bathrooms have marble flooring, double sinks, and glass-enclosed showers. Suites provide ocean views, separate living rooms, sofa sleepers, and dining chairs. Select suites feature full gourmet kitchens with Sub-Zero refrigerators, Italian Lapitec stone countertops, limited-edition cabinets, curved oak bar stools, microwaves, and dishwashers.

Dining options include Il Mulino New York, offering Italian cuisine for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Costa Grill serves Floridian and Mediterranean dishes adjacent to the beach. Ke-uH provides Japanese fusion cuisine for dinner with indoor and outdoor seating. Guests can also choose fruity olive oil from handpicked olives in Greece pressed within three hours of harvest.
