Acqualina Resort features rooms with Intracoastal Waterway or oceanfront views, king-size beds, modern Italian sofa sleepers, and wingback club chairs. Rooms include smoked glass and bronze metal coffee tables, a dresser with bronze glass inlay, a writing desk with integrated media connectivity, a desk chair, a high-definition TV, and a private terrace. Bathrooms have marble flooring, double sinks, and glass-enclosed showers. Suites provide ocean views, separate living rooms, sofa sleepers, and dining chairs. Select suites feature full gourmet kitchens with Sub-Zero refrigerators, Italian Lapitec stone countertops, limited-edition cabinets, curved oak bar stools, microwaves, and dishwashers.

Dining options include Il Mulino New York, offering Italian cuisine for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Costa Grill serves Floridian and Mediterranean dishes adjacent to the beach. Ke-uH provides Japanese fusion cuisine for dinner with indoor and outdoor seating. Guests can also choose fruity olive oil from handpicked olives in Greece pressed within three hours of harvest. Ke-uH's creative menu features crispy spicy krab Ke-uH salad, tuna tacos, tuna and salmon pizzas, and the Bonzai Truffle roll with avocado and cucumber wrapped in green soy paper, topped with tuna cubes and truffle oil.

Acqualina features three oceanfront swimming pools. The Acqualina Spa includes state-of-the-art treatment rooms, relaxation lounges, and an outdoor terrace retreat. Guests can enjoy holistic therapies, yoga, and customized massages in the Royal Spa Suite. This suite has Fendi Casa furniture, a crystal chandelier, and bronze coffee tables. The oceanfront treatment room offers a steam room made from mother-of-pearl, a rainforest shower for two, and a private wraparound balcony.
