the superior double room offered two double beds and a city view, convenient for our family. the room included a functional desk and chair. the bathroom had a shower and standard toiletries. the lobby provided a comfortable area for waiting (i used it while waiting for my ride).
the in-room tv had limited channel selection.

the hotel is near the airport, offering quick access after a flight. nearby, there are several dining options and shops within a short drive. the location suited my needs well for a brief stopover before traveling further.

My room was spacious and the views were EXCELLENT! The airport shuttle service was really helpful. It runs frequently. Levi showed great hospitality. He helped me with directions and even with placing my food orders.
The room felt a bit too cold for my liking, and I wish I had an extra blanket to keep warm.

The staff was pleasant and helpful, especially Levi. He provided assistance with directions around the city and ordering food. Victoria, the front desk supervisor, gave a warm welcome to all guests checking in. Winnie from hospitality ensured all needs were met with a smile.

The suite was nice, spacious and comfortable. It allowed relaxation after work. My room included comfortable pillows that helped me to rest well. The room had lovely city views and was generally quiet.

a decent stay overall

the customer service was superb. i am an aircraft enthusiast and the reception made sure i had the best possible room to view the airport. the room was lovely and the beds were very comfortable (especially the pillows!).
my room was not as clean as i expected. the soap dispenser in the shower did not work, so i was unable to shower . i complained to the front desk, but nothing happened.

the location is convenient near the airport a free shuttle runs every 30 minutes. the room was clean and well maintained which was a plus after a long day.
the parking fee seemed high at $37 after the initial 30 minutes of free parking that was disappointing. i also noticed some outdated aspects in the room and the beds seemed quite old.

the room was spacious, therefore, it accommodated my needs.
the parking lot was full. it created a difficulty to find a parking spot. this is unacceptable for a hotel of this supposed standard.
