The Guesthouse Hotel offers enormous, stylish one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. These large suites are fully self-contained apartments fitted with linens, bathroom amenities, kitchen supplies, coffee, tea, a washer, and a dryer. Select suites feature private balconies with gas grills. Upon check-in, room and bed types are assigned based on availability, with potential upgrades.
Dining: No Onsite Restaurant
The Guesthouse Hotel does not have an onsite restaurant. Each suite includes a full-sized kitchen with needed appliances and cookware. The hotel is located near dining options in Andersonville, including Clark St, which features fresh, seasonal food.
Leisure and Entertainment
The Guesthouse Hotel provides a small gym with cardio machines, a rooftop deck with skyline views, and a library in the lobby. The Club Room (480 sq ft) features floor-to-ceiling windows and seating. The Library (250 sq ft) includes vintage books and a 10' barnwood table. The West Deck (700 sq ft) faces west for sunset views. The hotel welcomes well-behaved dogs of all shapes and sizes with complimentary beds, food & water bowls and baggies upon request. Board and card games are available.

It is near indie housewares, gift, and fashion stores on North Damen and North Lincoln avenues. The 'Argyle' Red Line station is 5 blocks away. The Metra Ravenswood stop is about 15 minutes away at Lawrence and Ravenswood. The closest Divvy stations are at Clark and Leland (South of the Guesthouse) and Clark and Winnemac (North of the Guesthouse). Free parking is available for guests attending concerts at The Aragon Ballroom or The Riviera Theater.
