Chandlers Steakhouse, connected to the hotel, is Boise's only Forbes-rated restaurant. Chandlers serves prime steaks and fresh seafood, flown in nightly from Hawaii. The Martini Bar opens at 4:00 p.m., and dinner begins at 5:30 p.m., seven days a week, with live jazz by Boise musicians. Chandlers' wine list features over 700 selections and 40 wines by the glass and has been awarded Wine Spectator's 'Best Award of Excellence' for seven straight years.
