Hotel 24 South provides rooms and suites with cable TV and pillow-top mattresses. The hotel has two wings: the King Wing, in the original historic section with distinct room layouts renovated in 2018; and the Queen-Queen Wing, added in 2005, featuring a modern design. Suites are located in the King Wing and include two interconnected rooms, with a king-size bed, couch, windows, and a private bath in the first bedroom. The connected living area includes a couch, coffee table, reading chair, a queen-size Murphy Bed, and a separate bath. Eight ADA rooms are available, each equipped with grab bars; two include roll-in showers. Hearing and visual accessibility kits are available at check-in, including visual door knock alerts, visual alarm clocks, and telephone in-line amplifiers. Standard amenities include ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, coffee and tea facilities and free toiletries.
